This is what really differentiates us from our competitors; it's the transparency we provide to our customers. We have a state of the art live web based tracking system called activeTrac.

activeTRAC is a web-based application designed to interact with our operating software. Our system allows our clients to access any shipment data, including associated documentation, stored in our database. All details are in real time, meaning that if we make an update within our operating software, that update is available online instantly. 

Key Features:

  • Pending Shipment Details:
    Our customers Are be able to view all of their pending shipments data, and in real time.  Whenever we update the details of a shipment in our operating sofware, the new data is available online instantly.

  • Completed Shipment Details:
    Users will be able to view their full history of completed shipments.  Whenever a pending shipment has been marked as completed, it will be moved automatically to the completed shipments list.

  • Quick View:
    Our customer simply needs a quick look at what the last updated shipment details are, then they need look no further than the home screen.  This feature allows for quick and easy access to the latest account activity.

  • Full Data Search:
    Just as it sounds, this feature allows our customers to easily search through records, and quickly locate the shipment data they need.  Customers can search by TMP#, REF#, MASTER BL#, BOOKING#, or CONTAINER#, as well as search for shipments by date.

  • Document Image Records:
    All of our scanned shipment documents will be available online, where customers can download, save, and print them anytime they need.
  • Standard Status & Billing Reports:
    Allowing our customers to view their data online is great, but allowing them to take their data with them is even better.  With the Status and Billing reports feature, customers can generate detailed reports and then export them out to Excel for further manipulation of the data.

  • Custom Reporting Tool:
    When the standard Status and Billing reports just aren't enough, activeT.R.A.C. has you covered with the Report Wizard.  This tools allows our customers to generate custom reports with the data of their choosing.

DiSC mobile is a revolutionary new electronic proof of delivery & mobile dispatch service offered by SGL.  Our digital signature capture application was created to expedite and simplify the current system of receiving and processing Proof of Delivery documents (PODs).  DiSC mobile utilizes the existing capabilities of the operating software and Document Imaging modules, along with Android web based technology, for a "one device platform".3

With this technology, you will reveive an electronic copy of your POD as soon as your custmers signs for it.

GPS System installed in all of our trucks!

For your peace of mind and ours, ALL of our trucks have GPS tracking units installed. So when we tell you that your driver is on his way, we know exactly where he is and how long it should take him to arrive to your facility.
